We stand behind out work and will do our best to make it right for you.

However there are a few conditions.

Unknown materials
Because we cannot hope to know about all of the materials you may bring us to laser mark or cut, we cannot guarantee the results. We are more than happy for you to bring some sample materials for us to try with what you want and we will do the testing at no charge.

After the work is complete
We cannot be responsible for what happens to your materials after they have been laser marked or cut. If after a few days, weeks or months the material begins to crack, discolor or anything else in the area of the marking, we are sorry, but that will have been a function of marking that material and beyond our control. If we know of any risks we will certainly explain them to you, but there are way too many materials available to know everything about all of them. The risk of later deterioration of a material after you asked us to mark or cut it must be yours.

Power outages
These are a fact of life in country living it seems. We have a protective power supply on our laser but they will only hold the power for a short amount of time, usually around 10 minutes or so. If we cannot complete the process within that time we will endeavor to fix it, but starting the repair in the middle of a job can be tricky and may not have the professional finish either you or we would have hoped for. That risk must be yours.
